Tasks, projects, and a plan
Galka lays the day out plainly on the Mac, the iPhone and the iPad — and keeps every device in step.
macOS 14 or later · iOS and iPadOS 17 or later · English and Russian
One line in, every field filled. Dates parse in English and Russian.
What it does
Today knows about your evening
Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Someday and a Logbook. Anything overdue is called out at the top, and one tap moves all of it forward.
A task in one line
Type the date, the project, the priority and the tags straight into the title. On the Mac a global hotkey opens the composer over whatever you were doing.
Projects that hold their shape
Sections, tags, priorities, Markdown notes, checklists and duration estimates. Repeating tasks from daily to a custom rule.
A board when a list isn't enough
Any project switches to a kanban board — To Do, In Progress, Done — with drag and drop, plus a menu bar mode and launch at login.
See where the time went
The Logbook keeps every completion. Stats show the day, the week, the month, your current streak and your best run.
Widgets, reminders, themes
Home Screen and desktop widgets with today's list and a quick add button. Reminders fire ahead of a due time. Light and dark, English and Russian.
Sync, if you want it
Galka works entirely offline on a single device — nothing is sent anywhere until you sign in. Create an account and your tasks, projects and history sync between your own Mac, iPhone and iPad, offline edits included.
Your tasks are yours: they are never sold, never shared, and never used for advertising. Delete the account and everything in it goes with it. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Moving in from another app?
On the Mac, Galka imports projects, to-dos, notes, checklists, tags, dates and repeat rules from your existing task app in a few clicks — Settings ▸ Data ▸ Import.
